LeadX

Lead-X was developed to fill the need of having a completely integrated information management system for us internally and externally for clients. It was developed to handle all things having to do with customer accounts and invoices as well as product inventory. With Lead-X we are able to dynamically send leads out to our highest buyers, while still sending leads to our smaller clients to keep them ordering. Lead-X has improved customer retention because it allows the customer to know exactly what is happening with their campaign at any time of the day, thus it has minimized the need for a customer service representative to constantly stay in contact with the client. With Lead-X, we are able to scale from 2,000 leads aggregate per day to an infinite number of leads while still maintaining a strong hold on our product and our revenue.

 

QC-X

QC-X is a software solution to automatically and easily perform quality control on our leads without the need for an entire call center of people. The software is a web based interface which connects directly to a Voice over IP phone and initiates, dials and hangs up the call for you without any user intervention. We went from performing roughly 300 calls per seat to over 2,000 calls per seat per day. The software has the ability to also perform live transfers as a service for our customers who want to speak to a person right away.

 

Tran-X

Tran-X is an end-to-end solution for managing Ad Authority's live transfer program. Components were designed to allow scalable growth of the system with the ability to add new call centers on an ongoing basis with nothing more than account creation necessary. Automatic assignment of incoming transfers to the best available client, built-in quality control functions and call recording of all transfers to allow full transparency for clients and keep client management issues to a minimum. This could be used for any industry and means that call centers regardless of location could be added to Ad Authority’s flow within minutes. The system is built around the notion of hundreds of call centers pushing volume through its program.

 

Cherry Pick

Cherry Pick was built as a means of monetizing excess mortgage flow by allowing users to log in and hand pick leads within their desired parameters. It can be adapted to any type of lead or data type. Leads are priced according to age and demand, with costs ranging from $50 for a fresh CA lead, to $2 for a week old TX lead. Although designed with smaller mortgage clients in mind, the program has also caught on with individuals at medium-to-large companies looking to supplement their lead flow, and is currently being expanded into the auto lead vertical. Ad Authority has plans to use this software with other types of leads in the near future. Customers can buy leads without a sales person because it’s automated. The data can be sorted by any particular method including zip code, area code, phone number, name, email type i.e. AOL, Hotmail, etc. , credit type, loan amount, etc. These sorting methods could be adapted to other mediums in other lead verticals.

 

Eel-X

Eel-X is Ad Authority's solution to fall-out during the lead generation process. Eel-X allows the company to capture partially completed form fills and make contact with the consumer to ensure that their needs are being met. The software can be integrated with virtually any form on the Internet as well as being tied into a company's call center, providing a quick way to maximize the return on marketing campaigns. This gives the user of the software an advantage in that most lead campaigns are per action or when the consumer hits submit. Ad Authority captures the data free of cost if the consumer fails to hit that action button for whatever the reason. The software could be implemented to call the consumer before they have the chance to hit the action button as well if needed. This could be applied to other areas where the information collected is sensitive such as the medical field. A doctor or qualified person could contact the consumer about medication questions etc.
