SMS Real Time Auto-Responder Program

Leads are generated on your website or on other companies websites and passed to your system.  As soon as the lead hits your system, you post the first 8 digits of the phone number to us…

Exe.  (XXX) XXX-XXYY (we only need the Xs to identify if it is a mobile or not)

If our system responds that the phone number was a mobile, then you post the rest of the lead information to us.  We need this information legally to send the SMS messages – specifically IP address, email address, and physical address, and also need to send an email (with opt-out instructions – so the person can opt out of the SMS program).

Each message contains…

• Your company name
• A phone number that we can track (to show how many incoming calls came out of the text messaging)
• A unique link (to track people who visit your website)
• Response email address (each text message response that we receive is forwarded to an email address that you choose)

Obviously depending on the product / what you want to do with the SMS, we can send out any message, the above example is what has worked well in the student loan industry.

The email auto-responder with opt-out information (for the SMS program) will also include your company’s information, and replies to the auto-responder will be directed to your company’s site / your company’s email address.

Cost (per month – unused messages carry over):

• 750 messages (.2 per message) $ 150
• 2,000 messages (.15 per message) $ 300
